We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on SEO to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, with a particular interest in improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 1 Year of experience to gain hands-on experience and grow in the field of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential search terms.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, and headers etc for improved search rankings.
- Perform regular site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (broken links,
- crawl errors, etc.).
- Manage and improve internal linking structures and navigation.
- Monitor and analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
- Staying on top of the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
Content Strategy
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
- Ensure that all published content follows best SEO practices.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and search rankings.
Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute backlink-building strategies through outreach and partnerships.
- Monitor backlink profile and disavow toxic links.
- Build relationships with industry-related websites for guest posting and link-building
- opportunities.
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), and voice search queries.
- Structure content using direct-answer formats, FAQs, and concise response blocks.
- Implement and manage schema markup (FAQ, HowTo, Article, etc.) to improve answer visibility.
- Identify and target question-based search queries aligned with user intent.
- Improve content readability and structure for quick extraction by search engines.
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Optimize brand and content for visibility in AI-generated responses (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE, etc.).
- Develop AI-friendly, structured, and citation-worthy content.
- Build entity authority and brand signals through consistent mentions, backlinks, and digital PR.
- Align content strategy to appear in “best tools/services/brands” type AI queries.
- Monitor and adapt to evolving AI search behavior and discovery patterns.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Track website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search
- Console, and Ahref.
- Generate monthly performance reports to measure the success of SEO strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
Social Media and Paid Ads Support
- Assist the digital marketing team in managing social media campaigns.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns on Google and social platforms.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Understanding of SEO principles and search engine algorithms.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Knowledge of website optimisation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
