Core Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, and creatives.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for campaign execution and branding consistency.
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, and social media performance metrics.
- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
SEO:
- Perform on-page SEO activities including keyword optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Support off-page SEO activities such as backlink building and directory submissions.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for improving website visibility.
- Monitor website traffic and SEO performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Coordinate with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly blog and website content.
Content & marketing support:
- Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Help create marketing content for blogs, social posts, emailers, and website pages.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across digital platforms.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report monthly performance metrics for SEO and social media campaigns.
- Analyze engagement, impressions, website traffic, and audience behavior.
- Suggest improvements based on campaign and content performance.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals (On-Page & Off-Page SEO).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content planning.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Basic understanding of keyword research and SEO tools.
- Creative thinking with good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
