🚀 We're Hiring | Digital Marketing Executive (SEO + Paid Media + Web)
📍 Location: Noida Sector 4 (Near Sector 16 Metro)

🔎 About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can take full ownership of SEO, Paid Media, and Website Optimization.
This is not a support role — you will be directly responsible for driving traffic, generating leads, and improving ROI.

🔎 Key Responsibilities
📈 SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Plan & execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content
- Build high-quality backlinks (no spam practices)
- Improve rankings for target keywords
🌐 Website Management (WordPress + Basics)
- Manage and update website using WordPress
- Ensure page speed, mobile responsiveness & UX optimization
- Create/optimize landing pages
- Handle basic changes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Fix SEO and UI issues independently
💰 Paid Media (Performance Marketing)
- Manage campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Optimize for CPL, CTR, and conversions
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, and landing pages
📊 Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance via Google Analytics & Search Console
- Share weekly & monthly reports
- Identify gaps and suggest data-driven improvements
📊 KPIs You’ll Own
- 📈 Organic Traffic Growth (MoM)
- 🔍 Keyword Ranking Improvements
- 🎯 Lead Generation (SEO + Paid)
- 💸 Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- 🔄 Conversion Rate Optimization
- ⚡ Website Performance (Speed, Bounce Rate)
- ⏱ Execution Speed & Ownership
✅ Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical basics)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Experience managing WordPress websites
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword tools
- Ability to analyze data & drive ROI-focused decisions
