LEVEL UP STC is looking for a digital marketing executive - Junior full time employees
Experience - 1 to 2 years
Location - Remote
Salary - 1.5L to 3L (based on the old CTC)

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities across digital platforms. The candidate will assist in social media management, content posting, basic campaign execution, lead generation activities, and branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
- Create basic marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Support LinkedIn lead generation and outreach activities
- Assist in running digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate for email marketing and promotional activities
- Monitor social media engagement and basic analytics
- Update website content when required
- Support branding and online promotion activities
- Maintain marketing data and campaign reports
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts
- Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
- Good communication and writing skills
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of lead generation activities
- Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is an added advantage
Qualification
- Any Degree
- Digital Marketing certification preferred
