About The Role
Techdome is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Executive based in Hyderabad to join our growing marketing team. This is a paid, full-time position for a marketer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience who is ready to own campaigns end-to-end — not just execute tasks.
You will work across B2B and B2C marketing, running performance campaigns, managing social media, building content, and collaborating directly with our Sales, BDE, Engineering, and Leadership teams. Direct client interaction is part of this role. We are looking for someone who is energetic, data-driven, and genuinely passionate about capturing moments and turning them into compelling digital content.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for B2B and B2C segments
- Monitor campaign performance with a strong focus on ROI, lead quality, and cost efficiency
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and channels to improve results and scale spend responsibly
Content Creation & Social Media
- Own and manage social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram — content planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking
- Capture real moments — team culture, product milestones, events, client stories — and convert them into content that performs
- Create and optimize content for blogs, landing pages, and websites in collaboration with design teams
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Implement, monitor, and optimize tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics
- Build and maintain campaign performance dashboards; translate data into actionable improvements
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Support lead generation initiatives through LinkedIn, Upwork, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with BDE and Sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals
- Participate in client-facing interactions and support business development materials
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, BDE, Engineering, and Leadership teams to align marketing with business objectives
- Contribute to internal communications, leadership presentations, and strategic marketing documents
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- Proven experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for B2B and B2C campaigns
- Practical knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion/event tracking
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CRM tools, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical mindset — ability to read data, identify patterns, and act on insights
- Natural content creator — comfortable capturing moments and building stories across formats
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Analytics, or Growth Marketing
- Experience marketing a technology product or B2B SaaS platform
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms for marketing workflows
