Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts as per the monthly content calendar.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and internal teams for creative requirements.
  • Write basic captions, post copies, hashtags, content ideas, and campaign copy under guidance.
  • Monitor social media pages, comments, messages, and engagement activity.
  • Support performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Assist in campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and basic optimization under senior guidance.
  • Support campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track key performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, leads, and campaign spends.
  • Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad copies, landing page inputs, campaign creatives, and performance-led messaging.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with basic insights and observations.
  • Conduct competitor research, audience research, industry research, and trend research.
  • Assist in SEO activities such as keyword research, blog uploads, meta titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags, and basic on-page updates.
  • Help update websites, landing pages, blogs, and campaign pages when required.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, content requirements, and campaign updates when needed.
  • Maintain trackers for content calendars, campaign reports, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, social media formats, platform updates, and advertising best practices.
