Key Responsibilities
- Act as the operational point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Understand client business goals, target audience, and campaign requirements
- Coordinate with client marketing teams to capture requirements and ensure timely approvals
- Execute digital marketing strategies defined by internal leadership
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars
- Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand messaging
- Publish and schedule posts across social media platforms
- Coordinate with graphic design, motion, and performance marketing teams for campaign execution
- Ensure accuracy in content, creatives, tags, and publishing timelines
- Manage ad-hoc client requests and ensure timely campaign rollouts
- Track campaign deliverables and follow up internally to ensure completion
- Maintain documentation of tasks, approvals, and client commitments
- Proactively identify and escalate delays or blockers when necessary
