About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Organic Lead Generation Executive to generate high quality leads for Forex, COMEX, and Indices trading services through organic channels. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital platforms, and a keen interest in financial markets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate organic leads through social media and digital platforms.
- Handle social media accounts and post engaging content regularly.
- Connect with potential clients through calls and chat support.
- Understand customer requirements and generate quality leads.
- Maintain and update lead details in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested prospects until closure.
- Maintain daily records and reports of leads and follow-ups.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English preferred).
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
- Basic content creation and posting skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree (MBA, Marketing, Finance, or related field).
- Knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing concepts will be an added advantage.
- Target-based role.
