Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher). In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing and analyzing social media platforms, and creating web content. You will assist in tracking and reporting performance metrics and identifying trends to improve campaign effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Create creative captions, posts, reels ideas & basic content
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with designers, clients & internal team
- Research latest social media trends and viral content ideas
- Support in basic SEO, hashtags & online promotions
- Help in increasing engagement, reach & brand awareness
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
Skills Required:
- Good communication & creative thinking
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT or basic editing tools is a plus
- Passion for digital marketing & branding
- Quick learner with positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
