Role Description
ERP APPS PTY LTD is seeking a full-time, remote Digital Marketing Executive (CRM B2B / Professional Services) to drive demand generation and inbound growth for our HubSpot CRM consulting and implementation services. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B marketing funnels, inbound strategy, and marketing automation, and is comfortable working hands-on within HubSpot to generate qualified pipeline. You will work closely with sales and leadership to plan and execute campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution : (A) Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid search, and content marketing (B) Drive inbound lead generation aligned to target ICPs (mid-market, growth companies) (C) Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance
HubSpot Marketing Operations :
(A) Own and manage the HubSpot Marketing Hub (B) Build and optimize : Email workflows and nurture sequences, Lead scoring models, Lists and segmentation (C) Maintain CRM data quality and lifecycle stages
Content, SEO, AEO, GEO & Inbound Marketing strategy
Coordinate develop and execute content strategies including: Blogs, case studies, and whitepapers, Landing pages and lead magnets
Optimize content for (A) SEO (B) AEO (C) GEO ensuring content is discoverable, citable, and contextually relevant for AI-driven platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Google SGE)
Create content that aligns with conversational queries and buyer intent across the funnel
Implement structured data, semantic markup, and entity-based optimization where applicable
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Monitor and improve funnel performance: Visitor → Lead → MQL → SQL
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, emails, and CTAs
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on: Campaign performance, Lead generation metrics, Pipeline contribution
Build dashboards and reports in HubSpot
Use data to continuously optimize campaigns
Analyze performance across search, answer engines, and AI-driven discovery channels
Sales Alignment
Collaborate with sales on:
Lead qualification criteria
Campaign targeting
Feedback loops on lead quality
Support sales with insights and marketing assets
Requirements
Experience
2–5 years in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services
Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (highly preferred)
Proven track record in lead generation and campaign execution
Skills
Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and inbound marketing
Experience with:
Email marketing and automation
LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads
SEO and content marketing
AEO, and emerging GEO practices
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance
Excellent written and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience marketing CRM, SaaS, or implementation services
HubSpot certifications (Inbound, Marketing Hub, etc.)
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM implementations or RevOps concepts
