Job Description
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, content strategy, social media, and website optimization, along with working knowledge of
Figma and UI/UX design principles to enhance digital experiences and conversion rates.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars, Coordinate with designers and content writers for engaging creatives.
- Work closely with tech/design teams to enhance website performance and user journey.
- Create wireframes, landing page layouts, and marketing creatives using Figma.
- Apply UI/UX best practices to improve navigation, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in B2B, logistics, e-commerce, or startup environment preferred.
- Proven track record of managing paid campaigns and lead generation.
