Oversees the day-to-day execution of paid campaigns and outreach tools, enabling the Digital Marketing Lead to focus on strategy while managing campaign monitoring, Alfred sequences, reporting, and freelance platform activities.
Salary: ₹25,000–35,000/month
Reports To: Digital Marketing Lead
Experience Required: 1–3 years in performance marketing
Responsibilities
- Monitors all live paid campaigns daily — flags anomalies to DM Lead before they become expensive problems
- Manages Alfred outreach sequences — uploads prospect lists, monitors reply rates, immediately flags hot responses to founders
- Manages WhizCo's presence on freelance platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn ProFinder) — responds to briefs within 2 hours
- Builds and maintains weekly performance dashboards across Google, Meta, LinkedIn
- Sets up UTM parameters, tracking pixels, and conversion events for every new campaign
- Manages retargeting audiences — keeps them fresh, flags audience fatigue
- Supports affiliate partner tracking — ensures all referral links and attribution are working correctly
Requirements
- Comfortable in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong with Google Sheets / Excel — can build a campaign dashboard from scratch
- Detail-oriented — catches a broken UTM parameter before it corrupts a week of data
- Fast learner — willing to pick up new tools within days, not weeks
- Has used or can quickly learn Alfred, Apollo.io, or similar AI outreach tools
