About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can execute and manage digital campaigns across platforms with a strong focus on accuracy and performance. This role requires hands-on experience in paid advertising, basic SEO understanding, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Set up campaigns including audience targeting, budgeting, and ad creatives
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results (CPC, CTR, conversions)
- Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver campaign assets on time
- Execute multiple campaigns simultaneously (promotions, events, awareness campaigns)
- Perform basic SEO activities including on-page optimization and keyword usage
- Track and report campaign performance on a regular basis
- Ensure all marketing content is accurate, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Verify details such as doctor names, credentials, dates, and contact information before publishing
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads (Search & Display)
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
- Strong attention to detail and quality checks
- Good coordination and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Good to Have
- Experience in healthcare or hospital marketing
- Understanding of local/geographic targeting campaigns
- Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Basic knowledge of Canva or creative tools
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
- Execution-focused with a practical approach to campaigns
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
