Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile digital marketer who is proficient in video content creation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our digital assets, creating engaging visual content, and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos (reels, patient testimonials, doctor interviews, health tips) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and the hospital website.
Content Creation: Create engaging graphics, captions, and posts for social media calendars.
Digital Activities: Manage social media accounts, respond to queries, and monitor engagement.
SEO & Listings: Ensure the hospital is listed correctly on Google My Business, Justdial, and other medical directories.
Campaign Management: Assist in running paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate leads and increase footfall.
Analytics: Track and report on the performance of digital campaigns and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing (Freshers with proven video editing skills can apply).
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
