Key Responsibilities & Core Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
· Social Media Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns & grow presence across channels (Google Ads, social media, email, SEO).Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
· Content marketing strategy: Creating valuable content (blogs/videos) to engage audiences. Leveraging AI tools for creating engaging content for blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns
· Search Engine Optimization(SEO):Optimizing content & websites to rank higher in search results
· Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & PPC: Managing paid ads (Google Ads) & bidding strategies
· Data Analytics & interpretation: Using Google Analytics 4 to track KPIs & measure ROI. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics tools
· Design Thinking: Collaborate with design and development teams to improve user experience and conversions
Strategic & Soft Skills:
· Copy writing & Story telling: Excellent communication, copy writing, storytelling and content creation skills to write compelling, persuasive content
· Data driven Decision Making: Interpreting analytics to optimize strategies
· Strategic Planning& Project Management: Organizing campaigns & & aligning them with business goals
· Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail
💡 Bonus Skills:
· Experience with marketing automation tools
· Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or Word Press
· Graphic design or video editing skills
Education & Experience:
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
