We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a digital marketing executive with 3–5 years of hands-on experience who can independently manage campaigns, optimize performance, and bring measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms
- Set up and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads accounts
- Perform campaign optimization to improve ROI and reduce CPC
- Handle conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Create and manage social media presence (setup and growth).
- Identify issues and troubleshoot campaign or tracking errors
- Work closely with internal teams for landing pages and creatives
Key Skills Required
- Creative thinking with performance-driven mindset
- Strong knowledge of latest digital marketing tools & AI usage
- Expertise in:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Google Analytics
- GTM & Conversion Tracking
- Social Media Setup & Management
- Strong problem-solving and error-solving ability
- Deep understanding of CPC, ROI, and campaign optimization
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of real, hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Ability to run campaigns independently (end-to-end)
- Data-driven mindset (not guesswork marketing)
- Someone who focuses on performance, not vanity metrics
- Up-to-date with current tools, trends, and AI in marketing
Salary Range (Market-Aligned)
👉 ₹3.5 LPA – ₹7 LPA + Performance Incentives
