About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, lead generation campaigns, and digital branding strategies.
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing
Preference: Prior experience in Digital Marketing within the Financial Services or Finance-related industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase brand reach, audience engagement, and digital visibility across all social media platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand goals
- Write content scripts, captions, campaign copies, and promotional communication
- Execute lead generation and digital marketing campaigns
- Design creatives using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools
- Coordinate and perform basic video editing using industry-standard software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Implement SEO and digital growth strategies to improve online visibility and engagement
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings
- Ensure all communication aligns with compliance-sensitive financial marketing standards
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies
- Handle digital campaigns independently and coordinate with internal teams when required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and branding
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of video editing software like Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Understanding of SEO, lead generation, and digital growth techniques
- Excellent content planning and script-writing abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage campaigns independently
- Interest in finance, investment-related communication, and digital branding
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
