We're Hiring: Marketing Manager/Executive | Kolkata.
Looking for a hands-on marketer who can plan, execute, and own digital campaigns across multiple channels — not just strategize on paper.
What you'll do:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms — Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, WhatsApp Business, and other relevant channels
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, and similar) to speed up content creation, copywriting, and campaign workflows
• Track and analyze performance metrics; optimize campaigns based on data
• Write and edit clear, effective marketing copy, brochures, and communication material (English required; Bengali a plus)
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and agencies as needed
• Take full ownership of digital marketing projects — from ideation to execution to reporting
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
What we need:
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience
• Hands-on, practical experience across digital marketing platforms (not just theoretical knowledge)
• Comfort using AI tools as part of daily workflow
• Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
