About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling digital-first organization operating at the intersection of B2B SaaS, fintech, and enterprise growth marketing, we build data-driven campaigns that convert awareness into pipeline, pipeline into revenue. Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms to drive lead gen and pipeline velocity.
- Build and manage SEO-optimized content calendars, on-page technical SEO, and backlink strategies to grow organic visibility and keyword share.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to A/B test landing pages, CTAs, and email sequences for maximum conversion rate and CAC efficiency.
- Track and report on KPIs—ROAS, CPL, CTR, CVR, and LTV—using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards to guide budget reallocation.
- Manage retargeting funnels, audience segmentation, and CRM-triggered automation workflows across HubSpot or Marketo.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts, emerging channels (TikTok B2B, Reddit Ads), and privacy-driven targeting constraints to future-proof campaigns.
