Role Description
The Digital Marketing Executive will lead the planning and implementation of The Aldott's digital marketing strategies to enhance its online presence and drive engagement. Key responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating compelling content for digital campaigns, running ad campaigns, analyzing web traffic, and optimizing digital performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with internal teams to align marketing activities with the brand's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies to ensure brand alignment and timely execution of campaigns
- Manage daily posting and content planning across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create visually appealing graphics, social media creatives, and marketing material using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
- Plan and shoot in-house content (photos/videos) when necessary for social media and website
- Handle all communication across social platforms: replying to DMs, comments, and reviews in a professional manner
- Monitor performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite and Instagram Insights
- Run and monitor basic ad campaigns, boost posts when needed
- Assist in building and maintaining the hotel’s brand identity and increasing visibility to drive bookings
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and basic video/photo editing skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Aesthetic sense and an eye for design, particularly suited to hospitality and lifestyle branding
- Ability to work independently and stay updated with digital marketing trends
- Photography and content creation experience is a plus
