Role Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Patna. The role involves managing and implementing digital marketing strategies, creating and publishing engaging web content, analyzing campaign performance using web analytics, and handling social media marketing initiatives. Additional responsibilities include managing digital advertising campaigns, developing innovative content for various platforms, and ensuring alignment of all marketing activities with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Marketing strategies and campaign execution
- Proficiency in Communication and Social Media Marketing
- Experience in Web Content Writing and an understanding of online audience engagement
- Knowledge and practical experience with Web Analytics tools
- Analytical mindset to evaluate marketing performance and drive campaign improvements
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative digital marketing solutions
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the education or technology sector is a strong advantage
Salary
- 1.5LPA to 2.5LPA + Incentive( No Capping )
