We're Hiring - Digital Marketing Executive | Swaha Audio Visual Creative & Communication Consultancy
Swaha is a 15+ year old creative communications studio based in Cuttack, Odisha, and we are growing our team.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who goes beyond posting content someone who builds strategies, owns platforms, manages our web presence, and drives real digital growth.
Salary: Rs. 10,000 per month
Timing: 11 AM to 5 PM (1 hour lunch break | 5 hours dedicated work)
Location: Cuttack, Odisha (Work from Office)
Experience: Minimum 1 year
What You'll Do
- Build platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and Threads
- Manage all of Swaha's social handles end-to-end on a daily basis
- Create reels, carousels, copy and campaigns that deliver results
- Manage and update Swaha's WordPress website — content, pages and structure
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO to improve search visibility and organic traffic
- Track performance across social and web, and translate data into better decisions
- Work closely with our creative and production team on content initiatives
You Are the Right Fit If You:
- Have 1+ year of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Can independently manage a WordPress website
- Have solid working knowledge of SEO — on-page, off-page and basic technical SEO
- Can write confidently in English (Odia is a strong advantage)
- Are comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Search Console and analytics dashboards
- Have a genuine passion for creative content and brand storytelling
- Can commute to our Cuttack office daily
