Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The ideal candidate will enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage online campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI and conversions
- Oversee content marketing, including blogs, landing pages, and social media posts
- Manage and improve website performance and user experience
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.)
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, product) to ensure brand consistency
- Manage digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Generate reports and present insights to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing (typically 0–2 years)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and project management abilities
- Understanding of content management systems (CMS)

- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Experience managing a team
