📢 We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Professional
About Us:
Seva Satkar is a DPIIT-recognized devotional startup, offering tech-enabled spiritual and religious services across India. With a growing user base of over 15,000+ and a vision to scale pan-India and globally (including NRI audiences), we're building a digital-first devotional brand.
Role: Performance Marketing Executive / Manager
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Ujjain preferred but not mandatory)
Experience: 2–5 years (preferred in D2C / spiritual / event-based category)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and scale ad campaigns across Meta (FB, IG), Google, and YouTube
- Optimize ROAS on event-based and evergreen rituals/services
- Analyze funnel performance and reduce CAC via creative testing & segmentation
- Work closely with founder to build automation-led campaign structures
- Experiment with lead-gen and purchase-focused formats
Preferred Skills:
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager + Google Ads
- Knowledge of UTM, Pixel, GA4, and attribution models
- Creative-first thinking with performance mindset
- Prior experience in consumer brands or platforms (D2C or religious/spiritual preferred)
