About the Role:
Sarvaa Technologies is looking for a dedicated and communication-focused Digital Marketing Executive to support our online outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and professional networking activities.
This role primarily focuses on relationship-building, professional communication, LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, and supporting business growth initiatives through consistent online engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• LinkedIn outreach and professional networking
• Connecting with business owners, researchers, delegates, and industry professionals
• Initiating and maintaining professional conversations
• Social media engagement and activity management
• Lead research and follow-up coordination
• Supporting international conference and business promotions
• Maintaining communication records and follow-up updates
Requirements:
• Active and professional LinkedIn profile
• Good communication and typing skills
• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Professional attitude and consistency in work
• Interest in digital outreach, networking, and online engagement
• Laptop and internet connection are required
Work Structure:
• Remote work opportunity

Evaluation Period:
The first 15 days will be considered an evaluation and onboarding phase to assess communication quality, consistency, workflow understanding, professionalism, and overall role suitability.
Candidates who successfully continue beyond the evaluation period will be moved into the paid role structure, and the salary cycle will be considered from the original joining date itself.
The evaluation phase is intended for onboarding, workflow assessment, and role compatibility evaluation. Candidates who do not meet the required expectations during this phase may not be continued into the paid role structure.
Paid Role Structure:
Upon successful completion of the evaluation period, selected candidates will continue in the paid role structure along with future performance-based growth opportunities. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
