About the Role
Remitap is looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, coordinate daily content with our in-house designer, support LinkedIn and email outreach, and help generate business leads for our fintech products and SaaS solutions.
The role is ideal for someone who understands social media, can write good captions and marketing content, coordinate creatives, research potential clients, and support B2B lead generation through LinkedIn and email.
This is not a field sales role. The candidate will support marketing, online outreach, and lead generation. Senior management will handle serious sales discussions, demos, and closures.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
· Plan and manage daily posts for Remitap’s LinkedIn and Instagram pages.
· Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars.
· Write captions, post copy, hashtags, and short marketing content.
· Coordinate with the in-house designer for creatives, reels, carousels, and banners.
· Give clear design briefs to the designer with headline, content, layout idea, and call-to-action.
· Ensure all posts follow Remitap’s brand tone and business positioning.
· Track basic engagement and suggest improvements.
Content Planning
· Create content ideas around fintech, digital wallets, remittance apps, white-label fintech platforms, payment solutions, merchant payments, and SaaS products.
· Convert technical product features into simple business-focused content.
· Plan posts such as product explainers, feature highlights, use cases, founder posts, industry insights, and lead-generation posts.
· Research similar fintech and SaaS companies for content inspiration.
LinkedIn Outreach
· Research potential clients such as fintech startups, banks, money transfer companies, NBFCs, MFIs, retail chains, and payment companies.
· Send LinkedIn connection requests to founders, CEOs, product heads, CTOs, and business heads.
· Send basic introduction messages about Remitap’s solutions.
· Follow up with interested prospects and coordinate meetings with senior management.
· Maintain a lead tracker with company name, contact person, status, and next follow-up date.
Email Marketing
· Prepare basic marketing emails for Remitap’s products and services.
· Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, websites, directories, and online research.
· Send email campaigns to potential clients and partners.
· Follow up with prospects and update the lead tracker.
· Coordinate with management when a prospect shows interest.
Marketing Coordination
· Work closely with the designer and management team.
· Prepare daily and weekly reports on posts, outreach, and leads.
· Suggest new campaign ideas for Remitap’s fintech products.
· Help maintain consistency across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and website communication.
Required Skills
· Good written English.
· Experience in social media management.
· Ability to write captions, LinkedIn posts, and marketing emails.
· Basic understanding of digital marketing.
· Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional outreach.
· Ability to research companies and decision-makers.
· Basic knowledge of Canva , Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and email tools.
· Good coordination skills.
· Interest in fintech, SaaS, payments, apps, and technology.
· Ability to work independently and bring ideas, not just wait for instructions
Preferred Skills
· Experience in B2B marketing.
· Experience in IT services, SaaS, fintech, software, or digital products.
· Experience with LinkedIn lead generation.
· Experience writing cold emails.
· Basic understanding of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Google Sheets.
· Ability to create simple content calendars and campaign plans.
Daily Work
· Create or schedule one LinkedIn post.
· Create or schedule one Instagram post/story/reel.
· Coordinate with the designer for upcoming creatives.
· Research new leads.
· Send LinkedIn connection requests.
· Send basic email outreach.
· Follow up with prospects.
· Update the lead tracker.
· Share a short daily report.
