Role Overview
We are seeking an SEO & Performance Marketing Executive to join our team, with a strong foundation in SEO, analytics, and digital marketing. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to drive organic growth, ensure accurate tracking, and support performance marketing initiatives.
Your ability to connect SEO, analytics, and campaign performance to real business outcomes will be critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute keyword research and implement on-page SEO optimization
- Work with developers to support technical SEO improvements
- Monitor and improve organic search performance
- Set up and manage tracking using GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and UTM parameters
- Build and maintain clear performance reports and dashboards
- Support digital marketing campaigns by tracking and analyzing Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads performance
- Identify gaps in funnels and recommend data-driven optimizations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong fundamentals in SEO (on-page + technical understanding)
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager
- Good understanding of keyword research, tracking, and search intent
- Basic exposure to digital ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities

- This is not a backlink-only SEO role
- This is not a reporting-only analytics role
- This is not a pure PPC/CPC execution role
