We are looking for a growth marketing associate with 1-3 years of experience in SaaS, B2B, or digital marketing who can contribute across content, campaigns, product storytelling, and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern digital marketing, has strong execution capabilities, and is excited to work in a fast-paced AI and SaaS environment. You'll work closely across branding, content, social, SEO, performance marketing, and product positioning initiatives to help scale Talismatic's market presence and demand generation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage high-quality marketing content across blogs, LinkedIn, website pages, case studies, email campaigns, and product marketing assets.
- Plan and execute growth marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, email marketing, and organic distribution channels.
- Support product positioning, messaging development, and AI/SaaS storytelling initiatives.
- Manage and grow Talismatic's social media presence through content planning, engagement strategies, and performance optimisation.
- Collaborate on ad creatives, landing pages, presentations, sales collateral, and campaign assets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring across AI, SaaS, and recruitment technology.
- Support SEO initiatives, including keyword strategy, content optimisation, internal linking, and search visibility improvements.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and audience insights to improve engagement, conversion, and growth outcomes.
- Work closely with product, design, and leadership teams to support go-to-market initiatives and launch campaigns.
- Experiment with AI-assisted marketing workflows, automation tools, and content generation processes to improve efficiency and scale.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing.
- Strong written communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Good understanding of SaaS marketing, AI trends, digital growth channels, and modern content strategies.
- Experience managing LinkedIn content, social media campaigns, blogs, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, keyword research, content optimisation, and analytics tools.
- Understanding of paid marketing concepts across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content generation, ideation, productivity, and workflow optimisation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment with a strong ownership and execution mindset.
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and performance-driven decision-making.
