ProMiller is a growing hotel management and consulting company with a portfolio of emerging service-based startups. We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to building a strong online presence for ProMiller and its associated brands.
Role Overview:As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing the digital strategy across a few of our brands/client accounts. Your role will involve content creation and design, campaign management, SEO, social media management, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management:
Independently manage and grow social media accounts across platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and brand alignment.
2. Coordination & Scheduling:
Oversee digital marketing calendars, schedules, and reminders, while maintaining clear meeting agendas and minutes for smooth team coordination.
3. Content Creation:
Create visually appealing creatives for social media, campaigns, and other marketing materials, ensuring they align with each brand’s identity and platform requirements. A strong working knowledge of Canva is essential.
4. Performance Reporting:
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, translating data into actionable insights.
5. Campaign Planning & Execution:
Design, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms to achieve performance goals.
6. Innovation & Optimization:
Continuously bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to enhance marketing processes and strengthen overall digital strategy.
Ideal Candidate:- Creative mindset with a keen eye for content and trends
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Prior experience in hospitality or service-based industries is a plus
