Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage data-driven performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, and competitor research to refine targeting and maximize reach.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to continuously enhance performance.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to design conversion-optimized ad creatives and landing pages.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and algorithms to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience required - Minimum 2 years
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present campaign results effectively.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate insights into engaging ad strategies.
- Passion for digital marketing, continuous learning, and staying ahead in a fast-evolving industry.
