🚀 We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive | Polyline

At Polyline, we're looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and help build one of India's fastest-growing electrical and plumbing brands.

Key Responsibilities
🎨 Design engaging social media creatives and marketing posters for Polyline's products and campaigns.
📱 Plan, create, shoot, and edit high-quality reels and videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
💼 Manage and grow Polyline's LinkedIn presence with professional and industry-focused content.
🌐 Maintain, update, and continuously improve the company website for better user experience and SEO.
✍️ Write SEO-friendly blogs, product articles, and website content to improve organic reach.
📈 Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
📊 Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
🤝 Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create marketing campaigns that generate leads and strengthen brand awareness.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
