Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have expertise in performance marketing, SEO, social media marketing, campaign planning, team coordination, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for multiple client accounts.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube advertising campaigns.
- Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Create monthly content calendars and digital marketing plans.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, and web developers for campaign execution.
- Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO coordination.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding campaign performance and strategy.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- SEO (On-page, Off-page & Technical)
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Performance Marketing
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva, AI marketing tools, and basic graphic design concepts will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are preferred.
