Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Digital Marketing Executive, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The person will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing strategies, creating and maintaining engaging content, and managing social media campaigns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's brand and business goals is an integral part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the social media presence of all entities under Panorama Group.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Convert selected posts into paid digital advertisements to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries, comments, and leads generated through social media ads and posts.
- Coordinate closely with the creative/design team for content development and campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance and share basic insights on engagement and lead generation.
