🚨 We’re Hiring: Event Manager – PALSONS Derma
PALSONS Derma is expanding its scientific engagement initiatives, and we’re looking for a dynamic Event Manager to lead and execute high-impact medical education programs in Dermatology.
🔬 About the Role
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing a wide range of scientific and promotional engagements for dermatologists, including:
• Webinar
• Regional & National Expert Summits
• Hands-on Workshops
• Round Table Meetings (RTMs)
• WhatsAppinars & Digital Learning Modules
• Chemist Engagement Programs
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end event management: from concept to execution
• Pre-event planning, tracking, and doctor selection strategy
• Coordination with speakers, moderators, and KOLs
• Managing logistics, including hands-on workshop materials
• Ensuring seamless on-ground and virtual execution
• Post-event engagement through multi-touchpoint follow-ups (physical + digital)
• Driving ROI and measuring impact of each initiative
• Strengthening continuous medical education through digital activation
💡 What We’re Looking For
• Strong project & stakeholder management skills
• Experience in healthcare/pharma event management (preferred)
• Ability to manage both offline & digital engagement platforms
• Detail-oriented with a focus on execution excellence and outcomes
• relevant experince of 2 years must
