Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage and scale our online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content, growth, and consumer engagement in the food/health space.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.)
- Manage and grow social media handles with engaging and trend-driven content
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for reels, posts, and campaigns
- Run and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights
- Assist in influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations
- Develop SEO strategies and optimize website/blog content
- Stay updated with latest digital trends, especially in FMCG and health space
- Support in product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives
Requirements- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and ad tools
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance marketing
- Good communication and content sense (Hindi + English preferred)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in FMCG, food, or D2C brands
- Experience with influencer marketing or content creation
- Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing, or content tools
