Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive | Remote (India) | Octify Technologies
Octify Technologies is a small, sharp, AI-native company. We build AI products, intelligent automations, and full-stack tech solutions for clients across the globe, including Heineken, Publicis Sapient, Videland, and Vachi Storage. We are also building our own AI-powered GTM platform. We are a small team that consistently punches way above its weight.
We need a Digital Marketing Executive who can own content and visibility execution. You won't be figuring out strategy from scratch. The founder sets direction. You turn it into consistent, published, visible output.
What You'll Do
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts for the founder's personal brand. Take rough ideas, shape them, and publish them.
- Write and prepare blog posts, case studies, and website content.
- Coordinate with engineers to get content updates live on the website (you won't touch code).
- Take completed client projects and turn them into clean case studies covering the problem, what we built, and the result.
- Create basic visuals for posts and content using Canva, AI tools, or whatever gets the job done.
- Track performance on Google Analytics and LinkedIn. Report what's working and what's not.
- Support SEO and content optimization through keyword-aware writing, search-friendly structuring, and improving discoverability over time.
What This Role Is Not
- A strategy role. You execute, the founder directs.
- A paid ads or performance marketing role.
- A "post random stuff and see what happens" role. We plan first, then we execute consistently.
What You Should Have
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a similar execution-heavy role.
- Clear, clean English writing. Not fancy, just structured and readable.
- Awareness of the AI and tech services space. You should understand what B2B tech companies and SaaS products are. If you've never worked in or around tech, this isn't the right fit.
- Some exposure to writing or preparing case studies.
- Comfort with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to take a rough brief and turn it into a finished output without needing every step spelled out.
Don't Apply If
- You can't show a single piece of content you've written or published.
- You describe yourself in buzzwords but struggle to write a clean LinkedIn post.
- You need micro-management to move.
