Are you passionate about performance marketing and ready to scale a fast-growing fashion brand? NUD is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive impactful campaigns across multiple digital channels and help accelerate our growth journey.
About the RoleAs a Digital Marketing Executive at NUD, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google. You will play a key role in customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, CPA, and conversion rates
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics
- Manage budget allocation across channels for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies
- Track key KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements- 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience in the fashion or D2C industry is a strong plus
- Exposure to marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa, or similar platforms is an added advantage
- Good communication and collaboration skills
