Job Summary
Next Gen Software Solutions LLC is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with prior experience in US staffing companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, employer branding, lead generation, social media presence, and online promotions to support business growth and recruitment branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for branding and lead generation
- Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels
- Create and publish engaging content related to US staffing, recruitment, and company branding
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media platforms
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities
- Improve website traffic, SEO rankings, and online visibility
- Coordinate with recruitment and sales teams for campaign requirements and branding initiatives
- Track campaign performance and generate reports using analytics tools
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms
- Research market trends and competitor activities within the US staffing industry
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Mandatory experience working with US staffing/recruitment companies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, branding, and lead generation
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and social media marketing
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools
- Basic understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment processes
