ROLE OVERVIEW
About This Position
The Digital Marketing Executive will independently plan and execute all digital marketing activities for Mobius Bloom Ventures and Whalexy. This is not a support role — you own the channels, the calendar, the campaigns, and the results. You are expected to work with AI tools, move fast, and deliver output that would typically require a team of three.
What 'owning all channels' actually means
Organic social, paid ads, WhatsApp campaigns, SEO, email marketing, content creation, video editing, and performance reporting — all under one role. You use AI tools and smart systems to make this executable alone.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What You Will Do
Social Media Management
• Own and manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages for Whalexy and Mobius Bloom — daily posting, stories, reels, and engagement.
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar with zero gaps — no day goes dark.
• Write captions, design creatives, and edit short-form videos in-house using AI-assisted tools.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly across all platforms.
Paid Advertising
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) campaigns for Whalexy lead generation.
• Run and manage Google Ads — search, display, and YouTube — with clear ROAS targets.
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Monitor ad spend daily and reallocate budget based on real-time performance data.
WhatsApp & Email Marketing
• Build and execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for Whalexy's own MSME audience using the platform itself.
• Manage email marketing campaigns — newsletters, product updates, lead nurturing sequences.
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging for higher open and conversion rates.
SEO & Website
• Execute on-page SEO for Whalexy and Mobius Bloom websites — meta tags, keyword optimization, content structure.
• Publish regular blog content targeting MSME-relevant search queries to drive organic traffic.
• Monitor site performance via Google Search Console and Analytics; flag and fix drops immediately.
Content Creation & Design
• Design social creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent tools.
• Script, shoot (basic), and edit short-form video content — reels, product demos, testimonial cuts.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, etc.) to produce content at 3x the normal speed.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report weekly on key metrics: reach, engagement, CPL, ROAS, website traffic, and lead volume.
• Identify what is working and what is not — and act on it without waiting to be told.
• Maintain a live dashboard the founder can check at any point without asking for a separate update.
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager — not just boosted posts; actual campaign builds with targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
• Proven organic social media management — Instagram and Facebook growth with content personally created and published.
• Basic graphic design ability — Canva minimum; Adobe tools are a strong plus.
• Short-form video editing — reels, cuts, captions, transitions; CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro.
• SEO fundamentals — keyword research, on-page optimization, Google Search Console familiarity.
• AI tool fluency — actively uses AI to write copy, generate ideas, and speed up content production.
• Analytics literacy — can read a Meta Ads dashboard and a Google Analytics report and draw actionable conclusions.
• Self-directed execution — does not wait for a content brief to post; takes initiative and owns the calendar.
1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience preferred. Freshers with a strong portfolio of real work will be considered. A portfolio or live examples of work managed is mandatory at interview stage.
