Job Description
• Create daily creatives for the internal WhatsApp group and ensure employees use them as WhatsApp status updates to maximize organic brand visibility.
• Manage daily and weekly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube, including scheduling posts, writing engaging captions, and using relevant hashtags.
• Design informative creatives, reels, carousel posts, and short videos related to financial markets, investment awareness, industry trends, and company services.
• Continuously improve social media followers, engagement, reach, impressions, and inquiry generation through strategic campaigns.
• Run lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, landing pages, forms, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional mailers, client nurturing sequences, and event invitations.
• Support the sales team by creating PPT templates, product one-pagers, brochures, client presentations, and proposal support materials.
• Maintain company PPTs, letterheads, official templates, email signatures, and all corporate branding assets.
• Drive website traffic growth through SEO blogs, landing pages, website banners, CTA optimization, and campaign-based traffic strategies.
• Capture office functions, seminars, webinars, training sessions, and employee engagement activities through photos/videos and promote them across social and internal channels.
• Handle job posting creatives, LinkedIn hiring campaigns, employer branding posts, and company culture promotion.
• Design employee birthday posts, work anniversary posts, wedding anniversary creatives, appreciation certificates, and HR communication templates.
• Improve Google Business profile visibility, online reviews, testimonials, and local brand presence.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, campaign performance reports, competitor benchmarking, and analytics presentations for management review.
• Bring new ideas for brand collaborations, influencer tie-ups, referral campaigns, and innovative promotions to support company growth.
