Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive, located in Jhajjar, Haryana. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company's digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, including posts, banners, videos, blogs, and product promotions.
- Optimize website performance through SEO and monitor search engine rankings.
- Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Generate and nurture B2B leads through digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to promote new products, exhibitions, and company updates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of content creation, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in B2B or manufacturing industry marketing is an added advantage.
Budget
₹30,000 per month (CTC), Negotiable based on experience and skills.
