Role summary
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing to grow brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
Key responsibilities
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads); manage budgets and improve CPL/CPA/ROAS
- Manage SEO basics (keyword research, on-page SEO) and coordinate technical fixes with developers
- Handle social media: content calendar, posting, engagement, growth
- Support content creation (ads creatives, posts, blogs, landing pages) with design/content team
- Track performance using GA4/Search Console; share weekly/monthly reports and insights
- Coordinate with sales/BD for lead quality and follow-ups
Requirements
- 1–5 years experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on with Google Ads + Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of SEO and analytics (GA4)
- Good communication and reporting skills
