JOB Type: WORK FROM OFFICE (office at Jayanagar 2nd Block, Bangalore)
Location: Bangalore (South, Near Ashoka Pillar, Jayanagar 2nd Block).
Prior Experience: Need to have 1 to 2 years of experience in driving successful social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Education: BE / BTECH, MBA / BBM
Responsibilities include performing a variety of tasks based on the various Projects/Programs executed by Luxeveda:
- Should be able to create, execute, monitor, and control the online marketing strategy for Luxeveda and its clients.
- Must have good knowledge of Content Writing, Research Social Media, SEM with proven track records and Need to have Good Command over English, With the ability to write impactful posts.
- Should be able to design, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for Luxeveda and its clients.
- Produce high-performing ad campaigns for product launches and marketing promotions.
- Produce highly engaging Facebook/tweeter/LinkedIn etc., Posts to grow page following, and consumer reach. Drive following, reach, like, and awareness of our client’s products/ brands.
- Manage and report on ad campaigns, content posts, and activations.
- Strategize, Execute, and Manage a variety of client/ Facebook /Instagram/ Snapchat / Tweeter/LinkedIn etc., ad campaigns from concept to completion with full analysis.
- Coordinate with our graphic designers, and development team to facilitate the successful production of communication material.
- Track and analyze the ongoing testing of all marketing efforts, including ads, and social media posts.
- Optimize campaigns and activations to maximize the efficiency and performance of key metrics.
- Stay on top of new techniques and changes in the market, which you'll incorporate and test.
- Manage the daily campaign optimization efforts of assigned accounts to ensure they are achieving the traffic, engagement, and conversion goals set for each campaign.

- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
Key Skills
- Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with brand goals general and keyword specific
- Help to create marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, write-ups, updates, event news items, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
- Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
- Research and administer social media tools in support of client’s social media strategy
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
- Experience with SEO Tools: Google analytics, SEO Moz, Google Webmaster tool, Bing webmaster tool, Majestic, Link analysis tools, competitor analysis tools, other link and keyword research tools.
Technical Skills:
- Web analytics tool: Google analytics, adobe analytics, etc.,
- Email marketing tool: Zoho, mail chimp, get response etc.
- MS Office : Ms word, MS power point, MS excel etc.
- Exposure to use Adobe photoshop, Illustrator or Coral Draw etc.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of similar experience
- BE / BTech /BBA/MBA or Graduates with hands on experience in Digital Marketing
- Any Digital Marketing Certifications would be an added advantage, Experience in Advertising agency, consulting agency is a plus
- Familiarity with Industry Best Practices and Standards
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good communication and written skill
