RoleOverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven
Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to lead marketing
initiatives and drive business growth for Soulsprout Studio. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for creating impactful marketing campaigns,
generating leads, building strategic partnerships, and increasing enrollments
across our wellness and activity programs.
KeyResponsibilities· Plan, execute, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns.
· Develop and manage social media strategies, including content planning, creation, and community engagement.
· Generate qualified leads and drive enrollments for the studio's programs and workshops.
· Build and nurture partnerships with schools, residential communities, corporate organizations, and local networks.
· Identify new business opportunities, collaborations, and avenues for growth.
· Coordinate promotional events, workshops, open houses, and outreach initiatives.
· Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and implement data-driven improvements.
· Work closely with the studio team to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements· 6 months to 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or a similar role.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Good understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media management, paid advertising, and analytics tools.
· Ability to work independently, take ownership, and achieve business targets.
· Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
· Passion for wellness, fitness, education, or community-focused initiatives is an added advantage.
