We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing & Paid Media Executive (2–4 years) 🚀

Do you get excited about scaling campaigns, testing creatives, and beating yesterday’s CPA? Then we might just have the role for you!

Jade Blue is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who knows their way around paid campaigns and is ready to help us scale faster than our best-performing ad set.

🎯 We’re looking for someone who:

Has 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing

Comes from a D2C brand or a digital marketing agency

Is comfortable diving deep into numbers, dashboards, and campaign performance

Loves experimenting and optimizing (because good campaigns can always get better)

Understands the fast-paced world of ecommerce growth

Plan and evaluate performance campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Display, and other relevant platforms.

Own full-funnel digital performance strategy to drive acquisition & retargeting programs

Identify and execute revenue-generating digital tie-ups

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Candidates with prior experience in fashion & e-commerce marketing will be preferred

Track ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV & other key metrics
