Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen the online presence of iScape Designers and generate quality business leads through digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media, website updates, lead campaigns, content creation coordination, branding activities, and digital promotions for residential and commercial interior projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with branding and sales objectives.
- Coordinate project photoshoots, reels, client testimonials, and video content.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Run and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Track campaign performance, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
- enquiry generation through digital promotions and remarketing activities.
3. Website & SEO Management
- Coordinate regular updates to the company website, portfolio, blogs, and project pages.
- Improve website SEO rankings through keyword optimization and content planning.
- Monitor website traffic, lead enquiries, and user engagement using analytics tools.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with company branding and project positioning.
4. Online Reputation & Customer Engagement
- Monitor customer reviews, comments, and online enquiries across platforms.
- Ensure timely response to social media messages and digital enquiries.
- Support customer engagement activities and online reputation management.
- Highlight customer testimonials, completed projects, and success stories digitally.
