Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence as well as handling marketing activities for our clients. The role requires a mix of creative skills, marketing strategy, and fieldwork for business development.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Manage and handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Monitor engagement and respond to queries/messages
2. Creative Content Development
- Design creatives, banners, and promotional posts
- Create videos, reels, and short-form content
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
3. Digital Campaign Management
- Plan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns for performance and ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports
4. Client Handling
- Coordinate with clients for digital marketing requirements
- Execute campaigns and strategies for client businesses
- Maintain regular communication and reporting
5. Field Work & Business Development
- Visit clients for meetings, presentations, and support
- Identify and onboard new digital marketing clients
- Promote company services and generate leads
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and platforms
- Experience in Social Media Handling & Campaign Management
- Skills in Graphic Designing (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Ability to create videos/reels (basic editing skills required)
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Other Requirements
- Must be willing to work in field for client visits and business development
- Must have own two-wheeler and valid driving license
- Ability to manage both office and field responsibilities
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years in Digital Marketing (Freshers with strong skills can also apply)
