About the Role:
We are bringing on a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of our paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn. We are really looking for someone who brings a bit more to the table, though—having strong expertise data collection, and broad social media strategy will give you a massive edge here. You will be the person steering our digital presence, combining technical website know-how with creative marketing to drive quality traffic, spark real engagement, and consistently boost our ROI through smart, hands-on strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Web Development: Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We would also prefer someone with experience in Django or similar programming languages tailored for robust website development.
- Search Optimization: Deep expertise in SEO as well as AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Website Management: You should be completely comfortable handling advanced keyword research, content modulation, and SEO-heavy website optimization to keep the site's overall performance at its peak.
- Multimedia Production: Professional video editing skills are highly preferred to help us create engaging, high-quality visual content for our campaigns.
- Paid Campaigns: Develop, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Market Research: Dig into keyword research, audience analysis, and market trends to make sure we are reaching the exact right customers.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and fine-tune ad copy and creative assets to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Data Analysis: Keep a close eye on campaign metrics, using real data to make smart adjustments that consistently push our ROI higher.
- Strategy & Growth: Plan and roll out strategies focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement, blending paid channels with organic outreach.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve on digital marketing trends, always keeping up with the latest social media algorithms.
Qualifications
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or a closely related field.
- 1+ years of real-world experience actively managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Demonstrable technical ability in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, paired with hands-on experience in website management and deep SEO/AEO optimization.
- A solid background in email marketing, including working knowledge of platforms like Smartlead or similar outreach tools.
- Sharp analytical skills. You should feel right at home navigating Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- A proven track record of designing and putting into action effective data collection methods to grow marketing databases.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with a strong talent for copywriting.
- A practical understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- The ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once while comfortably meeting tight deadlines.
