About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive with experience in the real estate industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SEO, social media management, website development, performance marketing, and lead generation strategies while also contributing to branding, content, and digital growth initiatives.
This role requires a proactive individual who can independently manage campaigns, analyse performance metrics, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute innovative ideas to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns to improve lead generation, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Create SEO-friendly blogs, website content, landing page content, and maintain a structured content calendar.
- Coordinate with the team to support website development, including site creation, basic updates, landing page design, and digital optimization
- Handle WhatsApp marketing campaigns using platforms such as WATI and monitor engagement and conversion performance.
- Manage daily social media activities including posting, audience engagement, campaign promotions, and brand communication.
- Implement SEO & SEM strategies and regularly track website traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign analytics.
- Design creatives and marketing materials for digital campaigns, advertisements, social media, and promotions while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM for lead tracking, nurturing, and campaign management.
- Use Canva and other creative tools to create quick marketing creatives, presentations, banners, and social media assets.
- Contribute to content writing initiatives including ad copies, captions, blogs, emailers, and promotional communication.
- Analyse campaign data and prepare reports with actionable insights for performance improvement.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and management to align marketing campaigns with ongoing business goals and project launches.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Basic knowledge of website development and landing page workflows will be an added advantage.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, marketing automation tools, and website coordination processes.
- Hands-on experience with Canva and other digital design tools.
- Good understanding of content writing and digital communication.
- Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
- Understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimisation strategies.
- Creative mindset with attention to branding and visual communication.
- Ability to adapt to changing digital trends and marketing technologies.
