Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop essential skills in digital marketing while working closely with our marketing team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and looking to kickstart their career in this field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the operations team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing strategies.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date.
- Support the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements: -
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn. -
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva Designing is necessary.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Experience with content creation and/or graphic design is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on new challenges.
